Taking 2 year old to Disney for her birthday

I need opinions ! I’m thinking about taking my daughter to Disney for her 2nd birthday she absolutely love Mickey and Minnie Mouse and I thought it would be a great idea to take her this year do y’all think she’s too young ? My mom keeps telling me she is but she gets so excited to see Minnie Mouse and I absolutely don’t want the stress of planning a party
