I started spotting on Friday which turned into a full blown period like bleeding on Saturday morning so I went to the er they did my blood and my hcg was 30 so they said I was possibly having a miscarriage but it was to early to tell and to call my ob to set up an appointment. Since then the bleeding has been only when I wiped/peed and barely on my pads with no cramping or back pain. Has anyone had something similar happen and everything turn out ok ?
