double stroller recs?

I’m trying to figure out what the best double stroller is for a (kinda tall) 3 year old and a newborn.. I don’t want a side by side. we have a wagon that I plan on using, but I need a stroller for places like disney and things like that. I have no budget so pls help 😭 storage room is preferred as well.

We managed to get a joovy ultralight caboose on the local buy nothing group, I’m excited to take it to Disneyland 😂

I ended up getting a preloved baby jogger city select. I didn’t really want to purchase new. It seems like it will be good for us, we will see when baby gets here. If I were to purchase new, the new Joovy Qool was at the top of my list. I’ve also heard mockingbird and bugaboo were good! There’s a group on Facebook called Stroller Chat and that’s where I read and searched lots of posts and recommendations ☺️
