iud pregnancy?

So I have the mirena and I’ve had it for 2 years. Yesterday I noticed my breasts look fuller and have been overly tender. My fiancé said they felt heavier. I’m panicking (I already have a 4 year old and not ready if this is an iud pregnancy) anyone ever get pregnant while on iud and how did you know ?

I got pregnant on the mirena but lead to ealry miscarriage. Unfortunately my mirena was actually out of place (strings had moved inside) and I ended up having to have it removed. I’d take a test to be sure and get your placement checked aswell x

I get cheap test from Amazon and test every month just to be safe.
