9 days dpo and can’t stop crying

I’m 9 days dpo got a a faint line yesterday nothing today Im sat outside by myself crying .., I have 3 boys and I lost my daughter at 18 weeks in February I was really hoping for my rainbow as my husband travels the rest of the year till October… to make matters worse my friend just posted a video of all the clothes she bought for her future daughter she’s currently pregnant and it just destroyed me…. I feel crampy and super emotional I hate how those are both symptoms of pregnancy and period I know this all seems silly but I just thought writing it out would help me feel less sad
