Yeast infection treatment

I think I have a mild yeast infection. I live in the US and feel like they over use medications during pregnancy. I was just curious, before I talk to my US doc, what do your docs in Canada or elsewhere recommend for a mild yeast infection during pregnancy? Thank you.
