My baby isn't sleeping at 10 months Help!

Hey everyone,

I'm literally beyond drained. My son is ten months old today. He DOES NOT sleep through the night. He literally wakes up at least 3 times a night just for breast. Sometimes he's drinking, sometimes he's using me as a human pacifier. I try to slip the pacifier in his mouth, but he knows the difference and starts crying and waking up. I legit don't know what to do and I'm trying to be patient and confident it will end but it's not getting any better.

To top it off, he is a co sleeper now as when he wakes up he stands in his crib and will fall when sleepy and bang his head etc. please suggestions are so welcome!
