Baby shower rant.. Need to vent BADLY.

I've had my registry made since we knew we were having a little girl, about 2 months now. There's really not much on there, I don't think anyway, but it is stuff I would really like to have for the baby. My baby shower is in just 3 weeks and I'm completely freaking out. The only things that have been bought from my registry is the high chair and the stroller/car seat travel system(which I bought while it was on a really good sale). I keep telling everyone I what I have already, yet they all keep asking me what I need, saying they're going to buy me this or that which I already have. I feel like everyone is just going to get me clothes, which I already have too much of, rather than things I will actually need such as diapers, wipes, diaper rash cream, bath stuff, lotion, etc... I'm just freaking out and don't know what to do. I'm not sure I can save up enough money for the big things I will still need before she's here in March 😞
