And also where does this ridiculous notion of women fainting at the sight of blood come from? You remember those movies, back of the hand to the forehead and then the man has to catch her before she hits the floor; What’s that all about!? I’ve seen gallons of my own blood and it all started when I was about 12, I didn’t scream or cry or faint about it. I was just mad, and I’m still mad! Ruined sheets, I have to somehow now bleach my mattress, fuckin sucks. The first day of your period should be a sick day off from work or school, and menstrual provisions should be free.
