Possible allergic reaction to Pamperin?

Having a terrible day… I took two pamperin about 2 hours ago. About an hour later I got so drowsy I could barely keep my eyes open. It sucked because I have a toddler and newborn (I managed though just fine). But now I’m nauseated and my stomach hurts. I read online that could be a sign of an allergic reaction. I rarely take pamperin for my period pains but didn’t have anything else. I’ve never had this happen to me before when I’ve taken it but I’ve heard going through pregnancy can sometimes change how your body reacts to certain things. Has this happened to anyone else before?? Luckily newborn is now asleep and toddler just watching TV so I’m able to lay down on the couch.
