Ectopic pregnancy with decreasing hCG
Yesterday I was diagnosed with an ectopic pregnancy at 4 weeks and was advised to start methotrexate treatments. The most recent hCG results I received today show that my level is dropping. I’ve been bleeding for more than 3 weeks now (started off as spotting and then heavy bleeding with a big clot). I don’t have any cramps anymore. I’m yet to start the medications. I was wondering whether anyone here had ep passed naturally without taking methotrexate.
