No HB Measuring Behind.. HELP!

Any mommas experience going to their appointment expecting to hear the heartbeat because you’re 11/12 weeks. Just to be told you heard movement from the baby. Get an ultrasound done then be told there’s no heart beat or movement after just being told you heard movement.

Rewind to April from when I had my first ultrasound (4/6) I was 6-8 wks. After doing my ultrasound I was then told I was actually at 5/6wks and a couple of days I was measuring 3 weeks behind (already). Was told too early to hear heartbeat but they saw one. I was than told my progesterone is low so I started inserting those.

Fast forward to today go in receive my gender results after going in last week to give blood abs not being told anything was wrong. Doctor attempted the Doppler and nothing but says she heard movement. After while she referred to sono which my OH saw the baby and it grew but no HB. She OB comes in and gives us the news but instead of offering another sono in a couple of weeks or blood work. She offers me to go through everything at home, DNC, and third I believe she prescribed me a pill. I immediately broke down but my OH handled it well and removed us from that environment.

Btw for my gender results I was 10 weeks, know my baby’s gender and had my HCG levels tested at the hospital which is right on track with my growth. My fetal fraction was ok as well so I’m very confused.. my periods are irregular as well so I’m thinking that plays a part as well..

Has any mommas been in my shoes where the HB pops up later?

I still feel pregnant..
