Best pump to empty you?

I don’t think my pumps are truly emptying me. It’s a hands free one I got off Amazon but I don’t think it’s getting everything out.

Madela or spectra is really good! Depending what hands free pumps you had the cheap once of Amazon they suck as well as Elvie the only one that emptied me was willow Gen 3 it's expensive if you really looking into it being long journey of breastfeeding it's worth it you can completely be hands free! 
I had really good experience with it I pumped first 8 wks pp then I was just breastfeeding till now

Some women don't seem to 'get on' with pumps. What techniques are you using alongside pumping etc watching videos of your baby? Could you try renting a hospital grade pump? What is your pumping routine?

I used to hand express after pumping to completely empty my breasts. I also didn't know that you need to change the parts frequently and I'd freak out about the amount I'd get when pumping. Then I used a different pump once and I got double the amount in half the time so you do need to make sure to change the parts.

Do you do hands on pumping? Aka massaging your breasts while pumping? That's the only way I get anything out. Hands free pumps oftentimes don't have as good of suction as a traditional one like the Spectra, which is what I have and I love it.

Are you massaging your breasts as you pump? I EPd with my second and third babies and massaging during pumping helped greatly. Also experiment with your pump settings to see if you can find the right combo of speed and suction for you. It definitely takes some trial and error.
