What to do with colostrum

I have a couple of bags of breast milk (looks like a lot of golden colostrum) from the first few days after my LO was born. She is now over a month old. What can I do with it? Can she drink it like a regular bottle or should I use it for other things like rashes, milk bath, etc.?

I’d have her drink it and sooner than later. Sometimes they can reject it because it tastes a little different so if she does mix it into bottles with current breast milk a little at a time so she still gets it.

I would definitely have her drink it! While it's good for skin and all, the immunoglobins in breast milk should definitely be ingested for maximal effectiveness🙂 it's so special. You can always save a bag to put on her rashes but the rest you could give her to drink. It would be so good for her💗
