I'm sorry this is so gross

Is anyone else dying from post nasal or whatever. I constantly have this thick sticky mucous in my throat. It gages me all day. I'm constantly clearing my throat and when I do try and bring it up or even just clear my throat it's awful. I've thrown up trying to get my throat clear. I've not been sick with a cold or anything and it's just constant from the beginning. I'm going to ask my doctor what to do next time I go but dang it if it doesn't make me miserable
