Nipple pain!?

Question

I’m currently 19 weeks pregnant and I’m experiencing a lot of nipple pain. I don’t feel pain in my boobs, it feels like a pinching pain.
I haven’t had any leaking yet, if I squeeze my left nipple hard enough a little bit of white stuff comes out, but nothing comes out of the right side. 
Is there anything I can do to ease the pain?

God. This brought me back. My nipples hurt from like 3m on. It was awful. Never mind if I caught a breeze and they got hard. Absolutely awful. I used to put fuzzy socks folded in half in my bra to go outside and walk my dog 🤣🤣🤣

I started having this at 24 weeks and it’s absolutely awful. I either got a warm rag and massaged the nipple or take a hot bath or shower it helped me so much
