Help!! Am I pregnant? I’m spotting

I had sex on the 29th of April (he didn’t finish in me but there was pre in there) I just started spotting today the 12th, I have no idea if it’s implantation bleeding. I had cramps really bad earlier. I don’t know if I’m just about to start my period or it’s the implant bleeding. Please help! I wiped and the spotting looks like this. I’ve never spotted before, but I’ve been sick & malnourished since the 7th. (Which is pregnancy unrelated bc my mom has it too.) Please help!! Thank you so much
