Trouble eating? Please?

Is anyone else having trouble eating? My eating habits haven't increased at all, and when I try and eat a little more I can't and it hurts and it sucks. I only eat like once a day. I'm not sure how far along I am just yet, I'm guessing anywhere from 7-12 weeks. It sucks that I can't eat! Is anyone else having this problem? :(

Try not to stress, the first trimester is all about survival. The baby is so tiny at that point that they can easily get their nutrition from you. Just try to make sure you get your prenatals in.

I lost 6 lbs between weeks 6 and 9, but we're doing fine so far at 15 weeks :) I won't promise it'll get better because I'm still throwing up so that'd be a lie haha but things will change and probably get easier as you figure out what works. Hang in there!

I'm not pregnant but whenever I eat for the last few days I feel like I struggle to swallow! X
