Older women and pregnancy

I am 36 just had my third baby 5 months ago And I plan to have one more before I am officially done with like to hear from the mother that are pregnant around the age of 38 or 39 i’ve read a lot of forums that it’s harder when you’re older and the baby is at more risk for down syndrome and so forth so I just wanted to hear from others that are 38 or 39 or older even how your pregnancy is going and how healthy the baby is I’m very scared something could happen if I get pregnant again
