They’re not comparable and I’ve been through both 
Miscarriage hurts because it’s the loss of your baby, the hope for the future, the family you’re trying to grow. And it’s out of your control.  
Cheating hurts because the person you love and trust makes a choice to betray you. They knowingly make a selfish decision even though it will break your heart and they do it with no regard for you. Totally a different pain. 
Neither is worse. They both suck equally

I agree with katie that it isn’t a contest, but making an agreement with someone and them going back on it hurts more for me than a biological process. They had a choice, biology didn’t 🤷🏼‍♀️

Trust me you don’t want to know what a miscarriage feels like. 
Cheating eventually you overcome and rise up wiser (most of the time) 
Miscarriage is that horrible sad thing that grew inside you and yet you didn’t get to know and no one else got to feel the pain of “giving birth” and going home empty handed
Way too different to be put on the same sentence.

Dumb thing to compare.  But I'll bite. It depends.  I didn't give a shit I miscarried but I was hurt I got cheated on. It really just depends.

Cheating you can walk away from & miscarriage you cannot just walk away from . Pain comes from both of these and both equally hurt .
