Alil help please

I got a call today from my doctor that I ovulated however, the clomid I am on (this was my first cycle with it day 3 to 7 at 100mg). That I have enlarged ovaries and that the leftover did hyperovulate but I released 3 strong eggs out of everything. So my main question is, is there a chance that this will be the cycle we conceive and has this ever happened to anyone else?
