Do you think he tried to have sex?

There’s a guy I’ve known for a while now through the gym. I never hung out with him but we always have had small conversations. 2 weeks ago he gave me his number but didn’t really text text me.

So he had mentioned his car broke down and he had been taking Uber so I offered him a ride to the gym whenever he needed it. He said that was very sweet of me but he’d let me know. He refused a ride like maybe 2 times. First time he said his friend came to pick him up and second time he said it was too late for me. That’s when he offered his number. The reason why he refused the 2nd time was because It was 10:30pm and he said he didn’t feel comfortable having me drive late.

So yesterday he texted me and asked me to buy him some protein powder. I work at a supplement store. He said he’d pay me back but due to his car issue he didn’t want to Uber there. I got it for him and gave it to him at the gym. He asked me if I can take him home. I said sure.

So I did. It was 10pm. He paid me and then he asked if If I had a little bit of time to come inside his place so he can show me some music he had been composing. I know he writes music . Idk why but I freaked out and said “no I gotta go”

I mean I barely know this guy somewhat and I always thought guys who invite inside their house want sex. Did I overthink this??

When I got home he texted me saying “thank you for the ride and for the protein. I’m glad you’re home safe” I mean he wouldn’t have texted if he just wanted to have sex right ?

I responded and he sent me links of his music. The convo ended by saying “have a good night and good day tomorrow”

Are these red flags? Or is he genuinely trying to be my friend. If this happens again should I continue to refuse
