My baby just turned 3. We've been brushing his teeth relatively good (so I thought) but apparently not enough and I'm so mad at myself!! My dentist office told me basically they wouldn't really need to see him until he's closer to 3 and they probably wouldn't do much at first anyway. Imagine my surprise when we finally take him and he has FIVE cavities!! And not only that, they claim they're "too big" for them to handle and they referred us to a pediatric dentist in town who can better manage sedation and things like that if it's necessary.

Since we found that out, we've been really doing a good job of brushing, flossing and mouthwash. Our appointment with the pediatric dentist isn't for another month but I am beating myself up inside because of this!! I can actually see the decay in the crevices on 3 of his back teeth. Someone tell me I'm not the worst mom in the world 😭😭😭😭
