Missed period

Stephen • Mon, Dec 21 • Breanna and I met in December of 2013, We got engaged I`m July of 2014, and Married in June 2015.

My wife is on day 3 of her missed period (according to glow)... she's tested two days now and got negative. Is it possible she could be pregnant and test don't show yet?
