New Drs and Sex

Hello, idk how to start off but jumping right in I have been going to an IHA OBGYN since I was 16 I have had 4 different doctors alone at this dr office.

Tried multiple forms of birth control none really helped, at 18 I had a laparoscopic surgery with a doctor that had helped and heard me the most and diagnosed with endometriosis. I am 22 now and almost every time I have sex with my SO I’m in immense paid during and after. Whether I’m on top or he’s on top, whether there’s a pillow there, which laying on the side. I AM HURTING the only thing that doesn’t hurt is when I’m not being penetrated. Even having an organism anymore will cause me to be in a high amount of pain. The dr I keep going to wants to do nothing to help me and told me if I am going to keep seeing him I’m going to need a vaccine, lol so I no longer want to give my time, my money, or energy to this dr office or my then dr. It’s been almost 5 months since going to see an OBGYN and I don’t even want to pursue to look for another dr. But I NEED a dr who will listen to me I am 22 and having sex should not be painful. If anyone has any advice or a place to recommend or a dr to recommend I would greatly appreciate it. Lost for words. Lost in what to do. Thank you for your time :(
