No Doctor wants to Operate on Me

I have stage 4 endo with dense pelvic adhesions. The surgeon who diagnosed me laparoscopically did not do much to remove anything because she said everything was so dense and stuck together, it also involved adhesions on my bowel and she did not want to damage or hurt my fertility. I asked if any specialist who is willing could do it, like an endometriosis specialist, and she said she will ask but doubt anyone will take my case. I have a large hydrosalphinx on the left, a smaller on the right, medium sized endometriomas on both ovaries. I’m a Kaiser patient. I don’t know why but I feel like there has to be someone who is skilled enough to handle my case? What should I do? I keep getting this tubo ovarian abscess that comes back, and it really needs to be surgically removed, but no one is willing. This just sounds so crazy that I can’t be operated on?
