Anybody conceived in theor 40s with amh 0.9 or lower?

I Turner 40 in January, my partner and I have been ttc since 1.5 year. Had one miscarriage in May last year and since nothing. Last week I went for a few check ups and my amh came back low at 0.9. My gynecologist said I have very little to no chance getting pregnant naturally with that..I feel shattered. What are your experiences? Anybody conceived naturally with a low amh? And what about IVF? I read that in my age with low amh it's very difficult too! Just looking for some experiences good and bad ones. Thank you all!!
