Hi, I am 5 weeks + 4 days and just had my first Ultrasound due to previous losses. I’ve had spotting for 4-5 days now (brown only when I wipe). They saw a gestational sac and I’m measuring 5+3. However, they didn’t see a yolk sac. Has anyone else had an ultrasound around the same time with no yolk sac and had a successful pregnancy? The tech did show me a shadow on the screen which looked like blood. She said it could be the start of a miscarriage or old implantation blood my body never absorbed (hence the brown spotting). Anyone else with similar stories?
