So I'm 21+5 weeks and my left breast Is becoming increasingly sore and will get a stabbing pain in it, my right breast doesn't really hurt or anything so I don't understand why my left is. Does this mean my milk is coming in or are they just growing? I'm a FTM so I don't know and my mom never produced milk or even had sore breast so I can't ask her about it. Thanks.
