Lost 15 lbs 😁
I am embarrassed but I had gained a lot if weight. I'm also partially handicapped with a nerve autoimmune condition so exercise isn't something I am able to do with flare ups. I have two young kids home with me and evenings I work so time and energy isn’t always easy to come by. I had just stopped nursing my youngest. I took this last month to really stick to a whole foods extremely low carbs and anti inflammatory diet and fasting. It is working and fast. I went from 300 to 285. I'm on a good routine now and I'm super proud of myself.
Any other really good success stories? How did you do it?
