Help?

Hi guys I’m just over 9 weeks and have constant morning sickness but I am so constipated- is it my vitamins? Nothing seems to help! Any suggestions?

Constipation is just a common side effect from pregnancy unfortunately. I’ve switched vitamins, increased water intake, started walking more, eat more fiber and I’m STILL having trouble with it. Best advice I have is to start regularly using stool softeners and/or Miralax every day.

Honestly nothing helped me until it subsided. That sounds harsh but absolutely nothing helped

It was the vitamins for me. I switched to a children's chewable, took 1 with lunch and 1 with dinner, it made a big difference for me.
