condom suggestions

So I’m 34 weeks pregnant and I haven’t been able to have sex almost the entire pregnancy due to pain, so needless to say I’m ready to get back into it as soon as my doctor approves after birth. I know way to many people who have gotten pregnant immediately after, so I plan to immediately start birth control & use condoms. The only issue is that condoms have always made my parts feel like they are on fire and swell up. I’ve tried every condom under the sun it feels like and they all do this, and I don’t have a latex allergy so I’m lost on what to try. Any suggestions?
