When was my miscarriage ?

I found out at 10 weeks that I had a missed miscarriage and the baby stopped growing at 7 weeks. So would I say I miscarried at 10 weeks or 7 weeks?

You would say when the miscarriage actually happened. When your body got rid of the tissues.
