Can someone help me

Alright so, I need comfort or something. Last month I had maybe a solid week and a half of diarrhea I was on the pill. I had 1-4 lose stools a day, sometimes none, never went over that though. I told my doctor about this happening and he said that the pill should still work just fine and that diarrhea shouldn’t affect it. Would it affect my pack for this month? When I first started my new pack for this month, my bf and I did it unprotected with the pull out method. Had weird bleeding the other day and my breasts are a little sore and I have a headache. It’s four days until my placebo week. Is there some way my pill could have failed? I asked my doctor and told him everything that happened and he said I was fine, should I listen to his word? I mean he is a medical professional I’m just absolutely panicked and need comfort or advice. He did request them to do a pregnancy test two days ago and it was negative, should I calm down and listen to him? Please be kind, I’m just scared.
