Wake time before bed time
Hi, is wake time before bed time should be longer than wake time between naps? Because my LO (10 wo) always cries so much when i take her to sleeping room and/or put her on bed. I tried following the same wake time during the day/and make her awake much longer before bedtime, both dont work, she still fights bedtime :(
