Vaginal delivery with big babies?

Have any of you twin moms had a vaginal delivery with large babies? At 36 weeks my girls are measuring 7 1/2 and 7 pounds and I still have a week until induction. Baby A is head down, but baby B is transverse, so the doctor is giving me a choice between vaginal and c-section…I don’t know what to do!!

From what I hear if baby A is down then they can deliver both vaginally but usually the doctor says it’s up to you.  They may have to physically turn Baby B around which can be very uncomfortable.

I had the same issue and went with a c section cause baby B was bigger than A and was worried about head entrapment and conversion to emergency c section for baby B. Happy with my decision cause A was 7 lbs 9oz and B was 8lbs 9oz.
