Ok guys thanks for all your comments and I’ve decided to just do the normal way and eat healthy and workout everyday for 30 min ! Bc I can’t do this ! My body is screaming for carbs and I’m exhausted from it and while your on your period and your a mommy lets cut to the chase your body needs some carbs to keep up otherwise you’ll just crash and that’s not good ! So imma just eat healthy and workout for 30 mins a day !!!!! I think that’s what’s best for me
