Azoospermia
I’m currently looking over my fiancé’s initial semen analysis from August 2021 since our second semen analysis is next week.
I notice that the first one says he had 2 million round cells - is this something that should be addressed? I have no knowledge of it but just wanted to see if you all could offer any advice.
His urologist did say his seminal vesicles were very dilated.
