Will my meal prepped food last that long? Any tips?

I’m a stay at home mama of two littles and I am pregnant with my third. It’s been really challenging for me since my second tbh to manage my time better and to get everything done (I’m a huge perfectionist). So deep cleaning the house, cleaning the clutter daily, keeping up with laundry, making sure I’m spending quality time with the kids, making sure they’re eating good, making sure I’m eating good, etc. It’s just a lot.

So I figured something that may help me is if I meal prepped for the week.

I was thinking maybe Sunday or Monday night after the kids are asleep to meal prep until Friday. Saturday and Sunday I’ll just wing it 🤣😅

When I say meal prep I mean either chopping up fruits/veggies to have them ready on hand or roasting veggies to add to our plates for the week, cooking up some meat, maybe making some over night oats, etc.

My question is, will the food still be good from Sunday/Monday-Friday? Or will it make us sick? What do you do to meal prep?
