Hey guys, I have some questions about potty training and speech.

How did you all potty train? I have a 2.5 yr old boy who has a speech delay (can’t say proper words but is vocal and tries to talk). He wont sit on his little toilet so I don’t even know how go begin to train him of I can get him to sit down.

Also, when is it normal for kids to start talking? My son is 15 months and babbles all the time and says “mama” but its very inconsistent and not in reference go me lol. My first already has a speech delay so im not too sure when they should be talking.
