Last month I had horrible ovulation pain. So bad that I passed out. This never ever happened before in my whole life. I'm 35yo and I always had good cycles. No pain, 4 days of period, done. FTR I have a 5 year old kid.

The same day I passed out I went to the gyno for an emergency appointment. He did a Pap smear (I was due for it) and made an appointment for an ultrasound. The ultrasound was 2 days later when the pain was already gone.

Pap and sonogram were negative. He concluded that it was probably just a bad ovulation cramp and told me to watch for my next cycle.

Well, it is my next cycle now and the cramps started. I'm terrified that I'm gonna have the same pain than last month. Dr told me to take Ibuprofen and keep the zone warm. I'm definitely calling on Tuesday for another appointment to see what else can I do.
