17 weeks sex !?

Hi - I am 17 weeks today and me and my partner have not been intimate since I was 15 weeks, I had a bleed after sex, previously we were sexually active and I never bled, this time the first wipe was bright red with clots and the rest was more light pink/red. I panicked and had an emergency scan done, baby boy was fine no active bleeding seen on the scan so my midwife just said it’s most likely just a bleed we cannot explain, ever since I’ve been scared to have sex or even pleasure myself. Which is super hard cause my libido is so high and I think about it multiple times a day. Has anyone else been through this situation ?
