Registries??

Okay ladies, this is my first little one and I'm trying to make a registry, but where do you even begin?? I want to make sure I will have what I need, but I don't want to add things simply because they're hyped up. Most of my big stuff is covered as my mom kept pretty much everything from my sister's kids. So crib, changing table, walker, stroller, and such items are set. My dad already told me he wants to take care of the carseat for us which is wonderful. I'm just not sure about other products that are smaller, but still kind of costly. I hear a lot about brezzas and have no clue what they are. I'll be honest I prefer to get things on the cheaper side and ask for things on the cheaper side as I know not everyone can afford more expensive brands. Is there anything particular worth spending the money on verses okay to choose a cheaper option? Thank you!
