What else would you try?

Confirmed today a second biochemical pregnancy from a PGS tested embryo. I had 2 missed miscarriages in 2017, went on to have all the basic fertility work up with everything normal. Had another missed miscarriage on Letrozole in 2018, then had a laparoscopic surgery to look for endometriosis in September 2018. Some mild stage 1 lesions were removed, and I jumped to a Clomid IUI in December 2018 that ended with my son.

Started trying again when he was 1 with no interventions and got pregnant right away. Ended with a chemical so went back to the fertility clinic. I repeated some testing (thyroid, FSH, did an HSG, all normal. Had three Clomid IUIs, then did two medicated cycles with Clomid. One medicated cycle resulted in another biochemical so switched to IVF.

First round, sent 10 embryos for PGS, two came back normal. First one failed defrost, did an endometrial scratch before the second but ended with a biochemical. Did another retrieval with 8 PGS tested embryos of which 2 were again normal. Did the endometriosis surgery again in March with again minor lesions, did a hysteroscopy and endometrial scratch too. Transferred May 19th after a natural cycle. I requested and took low dose dexamethasone in addition to the progesterone. I’ve done acupuncture for years for fertility, have taken prenatals for years and low dose aspirin.

The doctor doesn’t seem to have any answers for me or have any more tests she’d recommend. I’m on my last chance embryo and am out of money and energy to try again if this last one fails. What should I do or try? Is there anything I’m missing that the doctor has overlooked? I just feel so helpless and hopeless.
