Timed intercourse

Hi, I’m in my first cycle of timed intercourse. A little background:

- been trying for about 6 years.

- tried just clomid in the past, a couple times.

- got pregnant once in 2019 and had a blighted ovum miscarriage.

- last month I tried timed intercourse with letrozole but they never found a follicle, so it didn’t happen.

- all my tests have come back good.

- husband had a couple things that were a little lower than they like but they weren’t concerned.

So trying clomid this cycle and today they found 3 follicles. So waiting on call about blood work to move forward with the shot and intercourse tonight. They asked me if I wanted to move forward with a risk of multiples. I said yes. I’m trying to not get too excited but my emotions are in waves today. So I wanted to see if any of you have any experience/stories to share?
