Ears popping

I’ve looked up on the app to see if anyone is having this problem but haven’t seen much. For weeks my ears have been popping on and off or being muffled. But the last 2 days it’s gotten worse to were it’ll be muffled all day and it’s only in my right here. I seen it can be due to swelling of the nasal cavity while pregnant. In a week I go to the doctor so I’ll ask but I forgot to ask last month at my appointment. I know some people who have high blood pressure say they have this problem so I’m just starting to worry. Anyone else have this symptom while pregnant ?
