Sooo my parents are renting this house. It’s located it in a ranch along with another home next to it both the owners they have been their for over a year already. The owner has a couple of lands here & there which means he has cows so he comes every other weekend to work in the back with machines it’s very open. Well my mom says this month PG&E electricity bill was $1,400+ the only one who stays home is my sister she’s a home at stay mom my parents work every day and my younger sister is never home. My mom said it’s weird how nobody is home but the bill is so high she thinks maybe the owner used their electricity box for one of his machines when his back their doing work. Her neighbor told her the previous family who lived here actually sued the owner because of the same reason and they won & I told her to buy a camera and get proof because that’s a ridiculous amount only for light 💡 it’s crazy. And she said he also raised their rent more for $270 but I told her alot of places raise their rent here & there. But she’s more concerned about the bill
