Random bleeding on CD15?

I’ve never just randomly bled days after my period. Last night I got home from work and I went to wipe after urinating, and it was smeared with blood that was almost light pink in color but definitely more than just spotting. When I went back to the bathroom after that, I never had anymore bleeding. But then my husband and I had sex this morning in the shower and when he pulled out, he had some blood on him but not a whole lot. It was just enough at the base of his penis.

I will say I got my non-hormonal copper IUD (Paragard) taken out on 4/11/22 because we are trying for baby #2. Don’t know if that could’ve changed anything due to it being non-hormonal and my periods always came on time.

I don’t know what’s going on, but I’ve never had a cycle like this. My period comes like clockwork and my ovulation sticks indicated that I didn’t ovulate again this month (unless I could’ve missed my LH surge d/t it being quick)?

Anyone else been through this?
