I had my ultrasound yesterday morning. Everything looked really good. Baby was moving around and heart beat was strong. Last night when I got home I started bleeding. More like spotting. Ended up going to the ER because spotting got heavier. At the hospital they did an ultrasound and baby was literally bouncing off the walls. Baby also had a strong heart beat. Got discharged from hospital. This morning I’m still spotting. Has this ever happened to anyone. I’m freaking out. Any advice would be helpful. TIA
