Pls help any recommendations welcome

Tonight my baby 6weeks old woke up after changing her diaper almost like she was choking on saliva so I picked her up immediately she was unable to cry could see she was trying to cry and there was saliva in her mouth

Tears were there too, and she was trying hard to cry so I assumed she was choking May be on her saliva so I turned her over and gave her 5 back blows as I’m a trained in first aid

I did that for 1-2 minutes and then she was ok and started crying

I’m jus a bit worried

I fed her milk and she’s asleep now

Jus wondering if she choked or had a nightmare

You could see she was scared
